The analyse button is greyed out when either the detail has not yet been added to the invoice in Access Dimensions/ Financials or it has not yet been matched.
If there is no detail to show, the analyse button will have no function and will therefore be greyed out. If the detail is added and the analyse button is still greyed out, please contact Support
