Syncing - Stays at awaiting action for a long period of time

Currently, the system service the sync runs every 15 minutes for the sync process, however, to pick up a new transaction sometimes certain things will need to happen in order for this to be registered.

Amending transactions sent for Approval or the changing of synced supplier details could be one of these things. This saves on resources on the servers and ensures we are running at optimal capacity. It could be that the service doesn't look like it's working during these times because people aren't using the system as heavily and therefore the actions required for a new transaction to be picked up and spark the refresh aren't necessarily happening.
