Error 'We're terribly sorry but an error seems to have occurred - We're now aware of the problem and are working to try and fix it'

If when selecting 1 approver in settings you are getting the following error message:

'We're terribly sorry but an error seems to have occurred - We're now aware of the problem and are working to try and fix it.'

Then please contact Support who will need to liaise with the Development team.
